Job Overview
We are looking for Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representatives who excel in providing exceptional customer support by acting as liaisons, sharing product and service information, and resolving customer inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.

Successful candidates are patient, empathetic, and passionate communicators, capable of putting themselves in the customer’s shoes and advocating for their needs. Your goal will be to maintain excellent service standards, respond promptly to inquiries, and uphold high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver excellent customer service, responding to a variety of calls and emails from the US mortgage servicing industry
2. Use knowledge obtained in training to locate answers in a knowledge database to respond to customer's mortgage related requests
3. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
4. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
5. Reach personal, team, and contact center performance targets
6. Take ownership of all customer inquiries and proactively follow through to ensure resolution
7. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and document appropriately
8. Navigate multiple computer systems and applications, and utilize search tools to provide information to customers
9. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Qualifications & Experience
- Open to college graduates, undergraduates, or associate degree holders.
- At least 6–12 months of BPO experience (experience in BFSI is a plus).
- Previous experience in voice-based customer service (banking or finance a bonus).
- Must be willing to work on-site in Cebu City.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Basic computer navigation proficiency.
