Work for a parenting coaching business dedicated to empowering parents of children ages 3-15. As a vital member of our team, you will have the autonomy to leverage your expertise to build online audiences and help make a real difference in the lives of families.

The job in a nutshell:
For this job, you will be working for a small business with a team of 4 as the primary marketing lead who will both strategize and execute marketing campaigns. The business is clear on the marketing direction and focus. You will be the main person to bring those campaigns to fruition.

The company works in a highly collaborative environment that welcomes your creative ideas and innovation. While this job includes social media marketing, that is only a part of the role. You will be the go-to for all marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

MARKETING STRATEGY: Leverage marketing data (such as traffic, leads, conversions, and engagement) to identify trends and recommend campaign optimization & marketing next steps for achieving the business goals.
CONTENT REPURPOSING: Transform long-form content (e.g., blog posts) into engaging video formats for social media and other marketing channels. Lead a dedicated video editor and able to perform basic video editing tasks to ensure high-quality visuals.
PODCAST PRODUCTION: Assist with podcast production, including tasks such as guest outreach, scheduling interviews, editing audio, and promoting episodes across social media platforms.
DRIVE SOCIAL GROWTH: Develop and manage social media campaigns across various platforms (IG, LI, FB, TT, YT) to increase brand awareness and engagement. This includes content creation, scheduling, community management, and analyzing metrics.
CONTENT PLANNING: Enhance the existing content map through research to identify optimal content topics and formats to effectively reach and engage the target audience.
FUNNEL BUILDING: Assist with building marketing funnels through web page design, copywriting, and setting up automations to guide potential customers toward conversion & sales. Using Clickfunnels (current system) and WordPress with Elementor (legacy system).
GRAPHIC DESIGN: Design marketing material and graphics in Canva from the business owner’s description or using provided templates. Looking for someone with a keen eye for aesthetics and a solid understanding of layout design.
WEBINARS: Familiar with creating and editing webinars, including writing scripts, choosing timestamps for the video editor to edit, and setting up the webinar tech. Will receive training but webinars should not be new.
CAMPAIGN REPORTING: Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and the impact on revenue.

Growth Potential

FACEBOOK AD ASSISTANCE: Assisting in reporting and analyzing ad statistics to provide recommendations. Training will be provided. Currently, an ad agency is responsible for ads, which would like to move in-house within a year.
LEADERSHIP: As the role progresses, your role may evolve to delegate to other team members or encompass additional responsibilities.

Benefits

HOURS: 40 hours per week. The exact number of hours may vary slightly from week to week. This position requires full-time hours so be sure you have sufficient childcare arrangements.
COMPENSATION: $960-1,440 USD/month depending on experience plus Performance Bonuses after 90 days.
EDUCATION & TRAINING: The business owner is enrolled in the Prime Mover $10,000 coaching program with Russell Brunson, which you will be given access to for free. You will be learning alongside the owner and then executing in Clickfunnels. You will also have access to education from other paid coaching programs the business has purchased including from Donald Miller, Russell Brunson, and Grace Lever. You will also be completing the core training programs offered by the business that the business’s clients go through. (See note below**)
MEETINGS: There is a mandatory weekly all-staff meeting at 6 am on Tuesdays (Philippines time) and possibly additional meetings for collaboration throughout the week.

** Note: You will be learning from Russell Brunson’s Prime Mover coaching program. Part of that learning includes 6 sessions that you will need to do a full night shift to attend. This is mandatory and will occur 1x a week for 6 weeks. The dates have not yet been posted by the coaching program.
