JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic Discord Channel Manager & Outreach Specialist to lead the growth and engagement of our online community while proactively expanding our network. This role combines expert Discord server management with creative outreach initiatives to attract new members, foster partnerships, and enhance the visibility of our brand. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, skilled in community management, and has experience in outreach or partnership building.

COMMUNITY GROWTH (we are building the server from scratch):
Develop strategies to attract new members through partnerships, collaborations, and campaigns.
Promote the Discord server on other platforms (e.g., social media, forums, relevant communities)
Implement initiatives to onboard new members and retain existing ones.
Gather feedback from members to improve the community experience.

What ideas do you have for attracting affiliate members to join our server and begin making social media content for us? Bear in mind, we're building our server from scratch. Growing the server will be one of the most important tasks at the start, and you'll be able to offer the users financial incentives and rewards!

LANGUAGE:
Written and spoken English proficiency is a must. As manager of a server with exclusively British and American users, you'll be the first point of contact for our affiliate partners. You'll need to be able to communicate with them, answer their queries, video call regularly with me and write regular messages to the community.

WORKING HOURS
The members of our discord will be mainly based in the UK and we would need someone prepared to reply to their messages during daytime GMT. Is this something you'd be able to do?
