Customer Service Expert for European E-Commerce

Hello there!
We are looking for a smart and experienced person to support our customer service team long-term for(40 hours per week who is able to join our team immediately.

If you also want to work for other companies, please don't apply. This job is full time and we need commitment.

The customer service will be done via Email & Social Media. We are using the Tool ReAmaze for our customer support.

Applicant needs to:
- Be organized, motivated, and willing to learn and grow with us
- Fluent English both written and verbally (C1 or C2)
- Have a strong Internet connection and a backup power supply
- Experience in Customer Support
