I am looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to collaborate with me in enhancing short-term rental operations. We will work together to build and refine processes, with me taking the lead in driving initiatives. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with me to co-create and implement effective operational processes.
- Support in automating workflows and improving task management using Upgrade to see actual info.
- Assist with managing and optimizing property listings, bookings, and guest communications on Hostaway.
- Help document detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on our collaborative efforts.
- Provide input on process improvements and implement agreed solutions.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in Hostaway and Upgrade to see actual info.
- Experience in short-term rental management or a similar field.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to dynamic workflows.
- Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier is a plus.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.

- Position: Part-time, with potential for full-time.
- Location: Remote.
- Compensation: TBD.
- Reporting to: Direct collaboration with me in a lead capacity.
- AU Timezone (soon will have 24 hours coverage)
