We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our business operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing administrative tasks, ensuring compliance, and maintaining essential business records.

Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and maintain business insurance policies, ensuring coverage is up to date and meets regulatory requirements. Liaise with insurance brokers and carriers for policy renewals, and claims.
Maintain accurate records of insurance policies, premiums, and claims history.
Handle and maintain doumentation of business licenses, certifications, and other regulatory requirements.
Managing corporate registrations, renewals, and compliance filings.
Keep track of all business-related documents, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
Manage inbound and outbound mail, ensuring timely handling and distribution.
Provide general administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and file management.
Support the leadership team with various ad hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
Has previous experience in administrative or operations support roles, ideally in a business insurance
Proficiency in office management software such as MS Office, Google Workspace, or other administrative support tools
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
