Job Description: Lead Entry and Client Communications Specialist

Position Overview:
On Call Moving Company is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lead Entry and Client Communications Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for entering new leads into our CRM system, performing confirmation calls, and managing proactive communications with potential clients via phone, text, and email. Your work will ensure timely and accurate follow-ups, contributing to our exceptional customer service standards and helping to grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management:
• Accurately enter new leads into the CRM system in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update lead information as needed to ensure data integrity.
2. Confirmation Calls:
• Contact clients to confirm scheduled appointments or services.
• Address any questions or concerns clients may have during confirmation calls.
3. Client Communications:
• Reach out to new leads promptly via phone, text, and email to introduce our services and answer inquiries.
• Build rapport with potential clients to establish trust and confidence in our moving services.
• Follow up with unresponsive leads using a structured communication schedule.
4. Collaboration:
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth transitions from leads to booked clients.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and trends to improve lead generation strategies.
5. Administrative Support:
• Document all interactions with leads and clients in the CRM.
• Generate periodic reports on lead conversion rates and communication outcomes.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in customer service, telemarketing, or administrative roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (experience with [specify CRM software, if applicable] is a plus).
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Schedule & Compensation:
