Editor for The Jeff Fenster Show & Personal Brand

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Full-Time Editor to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for editing a variety of content formats, including long-form, short-form, promotional videos, and multimedia assets. The role centers around The Jeff Fenster Show and the expansive Jeff Fenster personal brand, encompassing projects across Jeff’s ecosystem of companies, events, and initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a highly regarded entrepreneur who collaborates with some of the world’s top business leaders, celebrities, and athletes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for long-form podcast episodes, YouTube content, short-form reels, promotional materials, and other multimedia formats.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content aligns with brand messaging, visual identity, and strategic goals.
• Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form clips optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
• Assist in creating promotional materials for events, product launches, and initiatives related to Jeff Fenster and his ecosystem of companies.
• Maintain a consistent and high-quality standard of editing that reflects the professionalism and prestige of the brand.
• Stay current on industry trends, editing techniques, and platform algorithms to keep content relevant and effective.
• Archive, organize, and manage a growing library of multimedia assets for easy access and efficient workflow.
• Prepare for future growth by contributing to the development of systems and processes that will scale with an expanding team of editors.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in video editing, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of formats (long-form, short-form, promotional).
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools; familiarity with After Effects or motion graphics is a plus.
• Strong storytelling skills with an understanding of how to craft compelling narratives in a visual medium.
• A deep understanding of social media platforms and their content requirements (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
