The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Law | Litigation Paralegal / Lawyer- Australian Experiencel to join our Sydney-based team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably within Australian law firms.

As a key team member, you will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts, and providing comprehensive support to our clients. The role requires exceptional organisational skills, the ability to independently manage tasks, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Fluency in both written and spoken English at a professional level is essential.


Commercial Law | Litigation Practice Development (PD)

Open and manage commercial law and litigation files in the practice management system (PMS).
Review and draft commercial agreements, including supply contracts, service agreements, and shareholder agreements.
Prepare correspondence, including demand letters, settlement offers, and instructions to counsel.
Draft legal pleadings, affidavits, and other court documents for litigation matters.
Liaise with stakeholders such as clients, opposing counsel, barristers, and regulatory bodies to progress cases.
Conduct legal research and provide advice on commercial disputes, compliance, and regulatory issues.
Oversee contract production and ensure enforceability and alignment with client objectives

Proven experience as a Paralegal/ Lawyer, with a specialisation in conveyancing, ideally within an Australian law firm.
Strong understanding of Commercial Law | Litigation procedures
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently
Proficiency in legal practice management software
