Virtual Assistant with Customer Service, Sales, and Gorilla Desk Experience

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role will start as a part-time position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as the business continues to grow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, sales, and proficiency with the Gorilla Desk CRM platform.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

Utilize Gorilla Desk CRM to manage customer data, track appointments, and update records accurately.

Assist with scheduling and follow-ups for service appointments.

Proactively upsell and cross-sell services to customers.

Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads and close sales.

Manage and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.

Support administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and documentation.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Contribute to marketing and sales initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service and sales roles.

Hands-on experience with Gorilla Desk CRM is mandatory.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems.

High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer setup.

Availability to work part-time initially with flexibility to transition to full-time as the role expands.
