MW is looking for an Acquisition Specialist to work with and support Acquisition Business Sector Team. The Acquisition Specialist shall be motivated and results-driven Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join our wholesale real estate team. This role involves sourcing, evaluating, and securing properties at below-market prices. Highly motivated inbound leads are supplied daily. You will build relationships with property owners, negotiate contracts, and work closely with our team to ensure successful transactions. To ensure success, the acquisition specialist will follow up on leads, value houses, estimate repairs and close deals in addition to performing extensive due diligence on all acquisitions. We’re looking for strong candidates who have a passion for sales!
Responsibilities:
• Identify and research potential off-market properties for acquisition.
• Contact and build rapport with motivated sellers via calls,
• Negotiate purchase agreements with property owners to achieve win-win deals.
• Conduct property evaluations, including market analysis and repair assessments.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, contracts, and transactions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the dispositions team to ensure smooth assignment of contracts to buyers.
• Stay informed about local real estate market trends and legal requirements.
• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process
Qualifications & Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet goals and deadlines.
• Knowledge of real estate contracts and local market trends is a plus.
• Ability to analyze property values and repair costs effectively.
• Empathetic and patient towards clients and have understanding
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, Lead Management or related software
• Professionalism and exceptional customer service skills
• Business acumen with problem-solving skills
• Strong work ethic
• Being target driven and highly motivated, with the ability to meet daily offer submission targets
