Social Media Manager and Content Creator

Greetings! LQ Financial Group is a Financial Services and Business Development Company and is seeking a Social Media Manager and Content Creator to join our team!
We're looking for a self-driven, disciplined professional to manage social media campaigns for 4 clients, creating and automating posts to boost engagement and generate leads. This salaried position requires 20-25 hours per week, with full training provided and no pay reduction for completing assigned tasks early.

We are looking for a strong disciplined self starter candidate with the following skills;

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WITH LIMIT SUPERVISION!

Responsibilities include;

CREATION
1. Creating compelling posts with attention grabbing captions and content. (flyers, videos, pictures, ai voiceover vids) our clients (currently 4). Each client will need 3-5 posts made per week. Post will be scheduled and posted to all social media networks via our social media management app (metricool)

2. Develop social media marketing campaigns and content to grow our clients followers, likes, engagement and other analytics to increase social media presence and generate sales leads.

3. Designing engaging email campaigns with attention-grabbing subject lines and content (flyers, videos, images, AI voice overs) for 1 client. 3-5 Emails will be sent per week. (via our email app mailerlite)

4. Edit talking head, vlog, and podcast, videos sent from staff for you to edit for social media posting (1-2 per week).

ENGAGEMENT/ANALYTICS
1. Monitor social media and email campaigns to analyze performance, identify what
works best, and make adjustments as needed.

2. Reply to social media inquiries, post replies and dms in a timely manner.

3. Monitor social media and pop culture trends to make posts relevant to current trends and events.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager.
2. 5+ years of experience in Content Creation.
3. Excellent knowledge of major social media networks (facebook, instagram, tiktok, twitter, etc)
4. Excellent in Graphic Design (flyers, graphics, etc).
5. Excellent in Video Editing(short videos, podcast, vlogs, etc)
6. Strong English required.
7. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
