About the Position:
We are looking for an independent, self-learning individual to join our company. The Technical Operations Representative will take part in the classification/data entry of ecommerce communications and will help us validate the stores we work with on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of QA and data validation and must have great communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good common sense. We expect the Technical Operations Representative to achieve outcomes in terms of efficiency, and accuracy and to have a sense of ownership over his responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
• Store validation & daily checkups of the system’s integrity
• Reviewing different communications (promotions, surveys, orders-related emails) and tagging them with the right definition (urgent, spam, etc.) while paying close attention to the details
• Assist and coordinate with R&D, QA, and product teams
• Ensure the accuracy of data stored in our shopping platform
• Provide an immediate written response to customers (by live/chat mail) regarding real-time issues and service requests.
• Understand and align with all internal company policies and compliances

Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills: verbal, written, and reading - MUST
• At least 1-year experience in customer support/service
• Detail oriented and problem-solving mindset
• Technical mindset and knowledge in shopping/affiliate/e-commerce
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
• Experience working with G-suite (Docs, sheets, slides)
• Experience working with Slack
• Knowledge of code/scripts - ADVANTAGE
• QA Oriented - ADVANTAGE

Work Schedule:
• This is a full-time position in a work-from-home setup. You will be working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
