Introduction: Vet Claim Solutions, a leader in veteran claim services, seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to enhance brand visibility and market penetration. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a robust track record in developing strategic marketing plans and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans for the entire organization to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
• Lead and mentor a diverse marketing team, ensuring effective collaboration across various skills to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee all marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with company goals and deliver measurable results.
• Work closely with executives to set budgets and targets, often developing pricing strategies for services.
• Represent the marketing department in cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer support, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Regularly update senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and the results of campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to continuously refine marketing strategies.
• Attract and maintain a customer base by developing strategies that convey the value of our products and services clearly.
• Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing against goals such as ROI and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the sales and operations teams, to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
• Develop a comprehensive strategy for building the brand, integrating both traditional marketing channels like print and advertising marketing as well as modern platforms like social media.
• Possess a deep understanding of traditional marketing channels and digital/social media to ensure a balanced and effective marketing approach.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, with demonstrated success in brand building and market expansion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Profound knowledge of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
• Exceptional communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Budget management expertise and proficiency in optimizing marketing investments.
• Professional judgment and discretion gained through years of experience in the marketing field.

Compensation and Benefits
• Starting Salary: $1000 - $1200+ USD per month, commensurate with experience.
• Bonuses: Eligibility for monthly and quarterly bonuses based on personal and company performance.
• Salary Increase: Opportunity for a salary increase after a 90-day probation period for exceptional performance and goal achievement.
• 13 month bonus given
• Paid Time Off: 10 days of PTO plus an additional day off for each of the 11 US Federal Holidays.
