My name is Jake Shafer, and I run a successful business called Peak Performance Adjusting LLC, where we help independent adjusters fast-track their success in the insurance industry. I’ve personally scaled my business to 6 figures in just 4 months, and I’m looking for a highly skilled individual to join me on this journey.

We’re currently looking for an experienced Video Editor who can help create professional, engaging content to elevate the Peak Performance Adjusting brand. The right person for this role will play a key part in producing high-quality videos that inspire, educate, and drive results for our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and produce polished video content for social media, websites, and course materials.
Create engaging short-form videos (e.g., reels, YouTube shorts, TikToks) to maximize brand reach.
Enhance video content with graphics, animations, transitions, and sound design.
Organize raw footage and follow a consistent editing style in line with the Peak Performance brand.
Collaborate on creative ideas for storytelling and video scripts.
Skills and Experience Required:

Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and transitions.
Ability to work with motion graphics, titles, and basic animations.
Experience creating short-form content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Ability to manage deadlines and handle revisions quickly and efficiently.
