SKG OPC is looking for a dedicated Publishing and Marketing Fulfillment Officer to join our growing team. As a Publishing and Marketing Fulfillment Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring that all publishing services and products are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.
Job Description:
• Oversee the fulfillment of publishing and Marketing services, ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure smooth workflows.
• Monitor the production process, ensuring quality control and meeting deadlines.
• Assist in the preparation of publishing materials and documents.
• Handle logistics and track inventory of published materials.
• Address client inquiries and provide updates on fulfillment progress.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a similar role (preferably in publishing, logistics, or operations).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Must be willing to work onsite at Unit 6, Nasipit Commercial Plaza, Talamban.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
