Fashion Dropshipping Manager

We are a growing fashion dropshipping company running multiple Shopify-based e-commerce stores across Europe. Recently, we surpassed $1 million in revenue, reflecting the strength of our team and business model. Currently, we have a team of six employees/virtual assistants and are continuing to expand.

Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for an experienced Manager who has previously managed a fashion dropshipping business. This is a must-have requirement, as we need someone who understands the industry inside and out.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Leading and coordinating our team of six virtual assistants.
Overseeing and optimizing daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Improving customer service processes to keep our clients happy and loyal.
Analyzing business performance and implementing strategies to drive growth.
What You Need to Bring:

Proven experience managing a fashion dropshipping business.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
A hands-on approach and the ability to solve problems independently.
Experience with Shopify and other relevant tools.
The ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
