Job Summary:

Are you a marketing genius who can turn ideas into viral sensations? Do you have a deep understanding of influencer marketing, creating powerful partnerships, and driving direct bookings to keep properties fully occupied? If so, we need your expertise to take our short-term rental properties to new heights!

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll use your creativity, innovation, and data-driven strategies to design and execute campaigns that make our properties the talk of the town. From crafting viral social media strategies to building meaningful influencer partnerships, your mission is to drive direct bookings and position our brand as the top choice for short-term stays.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Viral Marketing Campaigns

    •    Design and execute attention-grabbing campaigns that captivate audiences and go viral across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
    •    Use trending topics, viral challenges, and creative storytelling to make our properties stand out in the market.

2. Influencer Marketing

    •    Build and nurture partnerships with influencers, travel bloggers, and social media creators to promote our properties to a wide audience.
    •    Develop influencer campaigns, negotiate contracts, and ensure collaborations deliver high ROI.
    •    Track and measure the impact of influencer partnerships on brand awareness and bookings.

3. Direct Booking Growth

    •    Create strategies to attract and convert guests to book directly through our website or booking platform, reducing dependency on third-party channels.
    •    Optimize direct booking funnels, implement promotions, and highlight the benefits of booking directly (e.g., perks, discounts).

4. Social Media Content Creation and Management

    •    Create and curate engaging, high-quality content that showcases the unique charm and experiences of our properties.
    •    Plan and post regularly on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube to grow our audience.
    •    Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster an online community around the brand.

5. Content Production & Brand Storytelling

    •    Oversee photo and video shoots to create stunning visuals of properties, amenities, and local attractions.
    •    Craft compelling narratives and highlight experiences that resonate with potential guests.

6. Website and SEO Optimization

    •    Ensure our website is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and optimized for search engines to drive traffic and bookings.
    •    Regularly update content to reflect promotions, seasonal trends, and local events.

7. Analytics & Performance Tracking

    •    Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and social media insights.
    •    Use data to refine strategies, optimize campaigns, and improve ROI.

8. Email Marketing & Guest Retargeting

    •    Develop and execute email campaigns to re-engage past guests and convert new leads into bookings.
    •    Implement retargeting ads to attract potential guests who have interacted with our content or website.

9. Trend Spotting & Innovation

    •    Stay ahead of trends in the short-term rental and digital marketing industries, including changes to social media algorithms.
    •    Continuously test and implement new ideas to outshine competitors and delight audiences.

Requirements:

Must-Have Skills:

    •    Proven experience in viral marketing with a track record of successful campaigns that drove engagement and conversions.
    •    Expertise in influencer marketing, including identifying, negotiating, and managing collaborations.
    •    Deep knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and audience growth strategies.
    •    Strong storytelling and creative copywriting skills.
    •    Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Suite, social media scheduling tools).
    •    Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.

Experience:

    •    3+ years of marketing experience in the short-term rental, travel, hospitality, or related industries.
    •    Demonstrated success in driving direct bookings through strategic marketing efforts.

Preferred Qualifications:

    •    Experience working with Airbnb Superhosts or successful short-term rental businesses.
    •    Familiarity with direct booking platforms (e.g., Guesty, Hostfully, or similar).
    •    Graphic design or video editing skills (a plus).
    •    Knowledge of local markets and guest preferences in areas where our properties are based.
