Marketing Technologist

Do you love marketing and technology? If so, you’re going to love this opportunity to join a fast-growing digital marketing company that is making a difference. We’re looking for a versatile developer who can not only own the marketing technology stack and build automations and funnels but also drop down into low-level code and solve complex technical problems. We believe tech should be used to drive business results, so you would work closely with marketing, sales, product and data teams to plan and deliver ideas that drive more leads, improve conversions and increase revenue.
Responsibilities
As our Marketing Technologist, you would have these responsibilities:
?
Tech Stack: Manage and deliver the marketing technology stack to help support our marketing and sales teams, including setting strategy, day to day operations, admin and troubleshooting.
?
Web Development: Implement marketing funnels using various web technologies, scripts, automations, APIs and other integrations (such as Javascript, PHP, webhooks, tracking pixels, HTML, CSS, Clickfunnels, Wordpress, and Zapier)
?
Automation: Develop email marketing automations using platforms like Go High Level to increase leads and improve conversion rates.
?
Segmentation: Create complex email segments based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions
?
Data: Create and maintain marketing and sales reports and dashboards by customizing tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Hyros or Segmetrics.
?
Strategy: Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders from across the business to identify opportunities for marketing technology to reduce costs, increase sales and improve efficiencies.
?
Process: Manage the development process from beginning to end, including requirements, scoping, implementation, documentation and testing.
?
Security: Ensure we have up to date security protocols.
?
Maintenance: Be the primary administrator of our tech stack, perform site audits, ongoing maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
We’re looking for people who have the following experience:
?
3+ years of marketing automation experience and proficient in email segmentation
?
5+ years experience in web and funnel development using scripting languages like Javascript, PHP, HTML and CSS and platforms like Clickfunnels, Wordpress, and Zapier
?
Familiar with web tracking technologies such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Hyros or Segmetrics
?
An appreciation for documentation and quality control
?
Experience managing projects from beginning to end
?
Hands-on experience as admin in Google G-Suite
?
Thorough knowledge of IT systems security best practices
