JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Pre-Testing for Listings and Ads
Conduct pre-tests for product listings and ads following the standards set by the Operations Manager. This includes identifying potential risks such as product restrictions, additional qualifications, or advertising limitations to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

2. Product Listing Creation and Optimization
Create and optimize product titles, bullet points, and detailed descriptions efficiently. Follow standardized processes to ensure information is complete, clear, and aligned with North American consumer language and habits for a natural and engaging tone.

3. Content Management
Review and upload product images and A+ content, ensuring they meet brand and market standards for visual presentation.

4. Customer Feedback and Risk Mitigation
Monitor customer feedback, including emails, reviews, and VOC data. Collect, verify, and analyze relevant information to propose improvements and assist with product optimization and the management of negative reviews.

5. Promotions and Inventory Management
Track the performance of promotions such as coupons and deals, work with the advertising team on promotional strategies, and prepare inventory planning to ensure smooth execution.

6. Inventory and Shipping Strategy
Develop accurate restocking and shipping plans based on market sales forecasts and inventory levels to maintain a stable supply chain and avoid stock outs or overstocking.

7. Account Maintenance
Manage daily tasks for maintaining Amazon accounts, addressing issues promptly, and opening support cases when needed to ensure account health and compliance with platform policies.

8. Workflow Optimization
Collaborate with the Operations Manager to design and refine workflows, improving process documentation and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university; all majors are welcome.

2. Professional Skills
Expertise in Amazon platform rules and operational processes, capable of managing complex tasks independently.
Excellent English proficiency for creating well-written and localized content.

4. Core Strengths
Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Excellent collaboration abilities to coordinate cross-departmental efforts toward shared goals.
