We are looking for a motivated, determined and ambitious Community and SNS Manager to help us grow our business.
Position Overview: As the Community and SNS Manager, you will play a crucial role in building, nurturing, and engaging our online community across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies, managing our online presence, and fostering meaningful interactions with our audience. Your creativity and passion for community building will help us strengthen our brand loyalty and drive audience growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive community management strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that resonates with our target audience and encourages interaction.
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with community members across all channels in a timely and impactful manner.
• Analyze social media metrics and community feedback to optimize content strategies and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer service) to align community initiatives with broader company goals.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement new strategies as needed.
• Organize and manage online events, contests, and campaigns to foster engagement and community growth.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in community management and social media marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
• Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with a passion for engaging with diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of online media publication industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and online community building is a bonus.
