Responsibilities:

Your insights matter; contribute valuable solutions that elevate both our business and customer service experience. Attend team meetings for collaboration and check-ins.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Reliable internet connection, working PC, and familiarity with tools like Shopify/Amazon
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Full-time availability
Must have a personal PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5, AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor, and a minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps for both upload and download.
