JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing e-commerce business specializing in dropshipping fashion products for men and women. Our mission is to provide our customers with high-quality, trendy products while ensuring a seamless shopping experience. We operate on a Shopify platform and sell across various markets.

To support our growth, we are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Manager / Store Manager to oversee our operations, optimize processes, and ensure our customers receive their orders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1/ Supply Chain Management:

Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely production and shipment of products.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain product availability to avoid stockouts.
Coordinate with shipping providers to optimize delivery times and costs.
Resolve issues with suppliers (e.g., delays, quality concerns).

2/ Order Fulfillment:

Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from order placement to final delivery.
Ensure tracking information is updated and communicated to customers.

3/ Store Management:

Maintain and update product listings on Shopify (pricing, descriptions, images).
Monitor website performance and troubleshoot issues.
Manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and product launches.

4/ Customer Service Support:

Collaborate with the customer service team to address order-related inquiries.
Investigate and resolve delivery complaints or issues with returns.

5/ Data Analysis and Reporting:

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, order accuracy, and supplier performance.
Use insights to suggest improvements in the supply chain and overall store operations.

6/ Team Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product listing teams to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with virtual assistants or teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to delegate tasks effectively.

Requirements

Experience:
-Proven experience in supply chain management, e-commerce, or dropshipping.
-Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.

Skills:
-Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
-Excellent communication skills for working with suppliers and customer service.

Languages:
English proficiency is mandatory. Knowledge of French is a plus, as we operate in French-speaking markets.

Tech-Savvy:
Ability to use tools like ChatGPT or DeepL for translation and communication.
