Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Content Strategist & Video Editor to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will craft engaging, high-quality video content and implement strategic initiatives to grow our presence on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This position has the potential to transition into a full-time role as we see measurable growth on our channels and social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative social media content strategies to drive engagement and growth.
• Create, edit, and optimize video content tailored for social media platforms using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and other video editing software.
• Manage and monitor social media accounts, responding to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
• Conduct YouTube SEO to improve video visibility and channel performance.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates to ensure content remains relevant and impactful.
• Use analytics tools to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and suggest actionable recommendations for growth.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new content ideas and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media content creation and video editing (minimum 2-5 years preferred).
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is a plus.
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO and social media analytics.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
