Shopify Product Lister with Canva, Google Sheets, and ChatGPT Expertise

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Product Lister to join our team. You will manage the listing of products on our Shopify store, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and engaging content. The ideal candidate is skilled in Shopify, Canva, and Google Sheets and can effectively leverage ChatGPT to enhance product descriptions while ensuring all outputs are carefully reviewed for accuracy and grammar.

Key Responsibilities:

List products on Shopify with accurate titles, descriptions, prices, and images.
Design professional and appealing product visuals using Canva.
Use Google Sheets to organize, track, and update product data efficiently.
Communicate effectively with suppliers to confirm product details, availability, and pricing.
Utilize ChatGPT for creating or translating product descriptions, ensuring all content is manually reviewed and corrected for grammar, spelling, and tone consistency.
Maintain alignment with the company’s branding standards across all listings.
Collaborate with the team and provide regular updates on progress and challenges.
Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience in product listing on Shopify.
Strong proficiency in Canva for creating high-quality product images.
Skilled in Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
Experience using ChatGPT or similar AI tools to generate content and familiarity with content editing.
Excellent command of English for clear communication and error-free proofreading.
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills (Bonus):

Basic understanding of SEO principles for optimizing product listings.
Prior experience in supplier communication or inventory management.
