Best Delegate is hiring a remote contractor for 10 hours per week to help improve the flow of the
operation departments and improve the site health of Upgrade to see actual info and Upgrade to see actual info.
The Website Administrative Assistant is a key part of Best Delegate’s success and overall
structure. We need a highly motivated and committed individual who wants to improve the site
performance and health of 2 Model UN education websites. This individual will need a strong
background in SEO and site health related tasks. We are looking for someone who has the
capability to work independently as a contractor and leverage templates, past content, and
industry best practices to enhance our websites and create new high performing pages. The
ideal contractor will have overlapping working hours with the U.S. Eastern time zone for at least
2 hours per day in the morning U.S. Eastern Time. Anticipated hours are 10 hours per week at a
pay of $7 US Dollars per hour. There may be the potential for an additional 10-30 administrative
hours beyond the website support hours for an interested candidate.

Skills and Qualifications
- WordPress: familiar with the back of WordPress, how to update the platform and how to
enhance it for a website to perform optimally
- SEO: Familiar with search engine optimization and how to improve the overall ranking of
a website
- Shopify: familiar with the back of Shopify, how to update the platform and how to
enhance it for a website to perform well

Key Outcomes
1. Improve the website site health and performance of Upgrade to see actual info to 80 or better
within first 90 days
2. Improve the website site health and performance of Upgrade to see actual info to 80 or better
within first 90 days
3. Increase YoY traffic to Upgrade to see actual info by 15% and Upgrade to see actual info by 10% by enhancing
existing webpages and building new key hub city pages
4. Improve rank of Key Terms
5. Modernize the websites to optimize user experience
