Real Estate Cold Caller

Overview:
Part-Time - Full-Time Availability
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive cold caller to join our real estate team. This role involves contacting homeowners, landlords, and other property owners to generate leads for property acquisitions, listings, and partnerships. The ideal candidate is confident, goal-oriented, and capable of handling rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential leads using provided lists.
Engage prospects in conversation to identify their real estate needs.
Record and manage lead information in the CRM system.
Follow up with warm leads through phone, email, or text.
Work with the sales and acquisitions team to provide detailed lead information.
Provide daily/weekly reports on call outcomes.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
Ability to work independently and meet daily call quotas.
Proficiency with CRM software or willingness to learn.
Access to a reliable phone and computer with internet access.
