Are you a skilled video creator and editor with a passion for delivering high-quality, engaging content? We're looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to take charge of video creation and social media management for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. If you're fluent in English, have an eye for detail, and love crafting motivational content, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
1. Create daily video content:
YouTube: 1-minute videos
Instagram & TikTok: 1:30-minute videos
2. Edit and produce videos using DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro (minimum 3 years of experience required).
3. Follow an initial content plan, transitioning into independent research and planning over time.
4. Upload videos with optimized descriptions, thumbnails, and tags.
5. Maintain consistency in quality and adhere to the motivational style (examples will be provided).

What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
Intermediate to professional level with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, engaging video edits.

Skills:
• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Work Ethic:
Ability to work independently and deliver consistent results.

Flexibility:
Work from anywhere, with no set hours.


What We Offer:
Flexible work schedule, allowing you to work at your own pace.
Budget: $200/month for 80 hours of work (equivalent to $2.50/hour). This will increase drastically once we can monetize the channel.

A trial period with a test task:
Shortlisted candidates will create a test video based on our guidelines.
The best video wins the job and earns a bonus reward.
