JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Listing Pre-Testing and Ad Testing
Conduct listing and ad pre-tests according to the standards set by the Operations Manager to proactively identify and avoid potential risks (e.g., product restrictions, additional qualifications required, or advertising limitations), ensuring compliance and smooth operations.

2. Listing Creation and Optimization
Efficiently create and optimize product titles, bullet points, and detailed descriptions following standardized processes. Ensure information is complete and clear, adhering to North American language habits for natural and fluent expression that resonates with local consumers.

3.Content Review and Management
Review and upload product images and A+ content that meet requirements, ensuring visual presentation aligns with brand image and market standards.

4. Customer Feedback and Risk Control
Monitor customer feedback (e.g., emails, reviews, VOC), collect, verify, and analyze relevant data, propose improvement suggestions, and assist in product optimization and negative review management.

5. Promotion and Inventory Management
Regularly monitor the performance of coupons and deals, collaborate with the advertising team to develop promotional plans, and prepare inventory planning and stock replenishment in advance to ensure smooth execution of promotions.

6. Inventory and Shipping Planning
Develop scientific restocking and shipping plans based on market sales forecasts and current inventory levels, ensuring a stable supply chain while avoiding stock outs or overstocking.

7. Account Operation and Maintenance
Handle daily account management tasks, including promptly addressing issues and opening cases when necessary, to maintain account health and ensure compliance with platform policies.

8. Workflow Design and Optimization
Assist the Operations Manager in designing and optimizing workflows, with a focus on creating and improving process documentation to enhance operational efficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1.Educational Background
Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time accredited university; all majors are welcome.

2.Work Experience
Extensive experience in Amazon operations; candidates with experience managing major brand accounts in North America or Europe are preferred.

3.Professional Skills
Proficient in Amazon platform rules and operational processes, capable of independently handling complex operational tasks.
Strong data analysis skills, able to formulate effective operational strategies based on data.
Excellent English proficiency, capable of crafting and optimizing well-written and localized content.

4. Core Competencies
High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and strong execution capabilities.
Exceptional time management and project management skills, able to meet deadlines under pressure.
