We are seeking a motivated and assertive Legal Intake Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring smooth communication and efficient case processing for the law firm.

What You'll Do

As a Legal Intake Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and forms, collecting and documenting important client and case details.
Screening potential cases to assess eligibility based on the firms areas of expertise.
Entering case information into the case management system and coordinating consultations with the appropriate attorney.
Following up with clients to ensure they provide necessary documents and fully understand the next steps in the process.
Performing any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the law firm to ensure smooth and effective operations.
Technical Requirements:

High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps or fiber connection)
Noise-canceling headset
Fast computer
Power and internet backup required

Rates and Expectations:

Full-time Role: $5 to $7 (DOE)
Work Schedule: EST/PST business hours.
