Customer Support Agent

We are looking for a customer support agent for our dropshipping store. Therefore, we expect previous experience with how dropshipping works, and we expect high levels of English proficiency.

We already have a main support agent, and if you get hired she’ll be managing you. The reason we’re hiring is because we are now getting about 50-100 emails a day from our customers, so we need extra support.

We will also need you as a back up agent just in case.
