We’re looking for motivated individuals to join us at ground level and grow alongside us. What You Need to Know
• Pay: $2.50 - $4.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Hours: 4 hours/day — mornings or evening shifts
What You’ll Be Doing
• Communicating effectively with tenants, landlords, contractors, and inspectors.
• Following task schedules and checklists to keep everything on track.
• Coordinating home maintenance appointments and showing/move-in schedules.
• Reviewing leases and rental documents to ensure compliance.
• Contacting inspectors and confirming arrival times, while notifying tenants of appointments and progress.
• Managing invoices and collecting photos for landlord records.
• Keeping tabs on rental payments, sending invoices as needed, and resolving payment issues.
• Handling phone calls from tenants and contractors with professionalism and urgency.
• Maintaining confidentiality and respecting tenant and landlord privacy at all times.
