JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a QUALIFIED Candidate who KNOWS how to Speak AND Write in English VERY proficiently to handle Inbound and Outbound calls for customer service. QUALIFIED Candidate MUST be able to conversate AND UNDERSTAND clients' questions or concerns in English COMFORTABLY and CONFIDENTLY. In addition, APPLYING candidates MUST be 27 years or older AND a female.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & other Requirements
1. MUST have 5 years or MORE of experience handling inbound calls with ONLY English-speaking customers.
2. Be Proficient in working with Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Google sheets
3. Have fast internet and a reliable Computer or Laptop

LANGUAGE & AGE & Gender REQUIREMENTS:
1. Speak/Write in English VERY proficiently
2. Must be 27 years or older and be a Female


JOB DISCRIPTION CONSIST OF:
1. Receive Inbound calls from Customers to address customers questions or concerns
2. Making Outbound calls to follow up with Customers
3. Making Outbound calls to Vendors to verify previous requests have been processed or completed
4. Data Entry of verifying records or updating records
5. Updating or inputting client info in the agencies database.
6. Miscellaneous duties can range from creating varies word documents to getting new google reviews.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Working Days = Monday to Friday
Working Hours = between 10am to 3pm Arizona MST
Minimum of 20 hrs per week and occasionally extra hrs are required to work

ADDITIONAL INFO
1. This job is 20-25 hrs per week and provides permanent employment with occasional extra hrs
2. The hourly rate will increase after 60 days of being hired AND raise depends on Employees performance
3. Annual evaluations will be conducted to review Employee's performance which can increase employee's hourly rate
4. 13th Month Bonus is available
5. After 6 months of continued employment paid vacation days will be available and subsequently vacation days can increase
