JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. This is a cold calling position - all you need to do is schedule meetings, no closing required!

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in a demo.
- Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects & stay on top of call back requests
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Skills:
- Strong background in phone sales with a focus on technology sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to be persuasive & handle objections
- Familiarity with outbound calling strategies and techniques for lead generation.
- Ability to market products effectively while understanding customer needs.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to achieve targets.
