Position: Full-Time Video Editor
Schedule: 9 AM - 6 PM EST
Location: Virtual (Philippines)

This is NOT a role for agencies or beginners—we need someone who is ready to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

-Edit 3-5 high-quality videos daily that meet our standards and deadlines.
-Use Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects to create polished, professional videos.
-Recreate video inspirations we provide and adapt them to our brand tone and style.
-Develop and manage storyboards for each project, ensuring alignment with creative direction.
-Perform color grading to ensure videos look vibrant, professional, and consistent.
-Add animations, transitions, and text overlays to create engaging content.
-Collaborate daily with our Social Media Lead and Creative Director to ensure smooth workflow and creative alignment.
-Brainstorm and propose ideas for new and innovative video content to stay ahead of trends.
-Maintain clear and consistent communication during working hours.

Must-Have Skills & Requirements:

-Proven experience in video editing (Minimum 3+ years).
-Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
-Ability to match and recreate video inspiration (must share samples in your application).
-Strong storyboarding and visual storytelling skills.
-Expertise in color grading and fine-tuning audio.
-Understanding of social media content formats (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
-Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
-Strong communication skills in English and a team-first mindset.
-Reliable internet connection and a high-performing computer setup.
-Eagerness to grow with the company and commitment to excellence.
