Job Title: Social Media Community Manager (Beauty Industry)

What You’ll Do:

-Spark conversations! Engage with our online communities by commenting on posts, responding to questions, and creating buzz-worthy interactions that leave a lasting impression.

-Build relationships! Slide into DMs (professionally) to connect with potential clients and guide them toward booking sales calls with our team.

- Stay ahead of the trends! Research outside communities to uncover hot topics, trending posts, and conversations that matter most to beauty enthusiasts.

- Be the bridge! Manage multiple communities seamlessly, ensuring every follower feels heard, valued, and inspired.
Share insights! Keep the team in the loop by reporting on audience feedback, engagement trends, and fresh opportunities to grow our reach.

What We’re Looking For:

-Social media guru with experience managing beauty-focused communities on Facebook, Instagram, and Skool.

- A confident and engaging communicator with an eye for what captivates beauty enthusiasts.

- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple platforms and stay on top of community needs.

- A genuine passion for the beauty industry and helping others discover their best selves.
