Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Responsibilities:

-Provide outstanding support to customers via email, chat, or phone.
-Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
-Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
-Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
-Accurately document all customer interactions.

Requirements:

-Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
-Previous experience in customer service or support roles is a plus.
-Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
-Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
-Availability to work Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
