SEO Expert & Content Writer (Technical SEO Focus)

At Kundan, we manage both internal projects and client websites, and we’re looking for a talented SEO Expert & Content Writer to help us improve search engine rankings, create engaging content, and enhance website performance. This role requires someone who is self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing projects independently.


**What You’ll Be Doing:**

Content Writing and Translation:
- Write and optimize high-quality, SEO-focused content for websites, blogs, and other platforms.
- Use AI tools and Google Translate to localize and improve content for our Norwegian audiences.

Technical SEO:
- Analyze website performance using tools like Google PageSpeed Insights.
- Pinpoint and address technical issues that impact SEO, such as load times, Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, and more.
- Collaborate with developers (or independently address WordPress optimizations) to implement fixes.

Keyword Research and Market Analysis:
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify high-value keywords and content opportunities.
- Develop and execute a keyword strategy to improve rankings and drive traffic.

Website Optimization:
- Ensure CMS WordPress sites are fully optimized for SEO.
- Optimize meta tags, headings, internal linking, and schema markup.
- Identify and fix on-page SEO issues to enhance rankings.

Performance Tracking:
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush to monitor website performance.
- Provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve rankings and traffic.


**What We’re Looking For:**

- SEO Expertise: Proven experience with both on-page and technical SEO, particularly in optimizing WordPress websites.
- Content Creation Skills: Exceptional writing skills and the ability to craft compelling, SEO-focused content. Familiarity with AI tools for content enhancement is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, Google PageSpeed Insights, and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize website performance from a technical perspective.
- Keyword Research Mastery: Experience in analyzing markets, finding profitable keywords, and creating strategies to rank for them.
- Self-Driven: Ability to manage your own tasks and meet deadlines without constant oversight.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to identify trends and optimize based on performance data.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to writing, SEO optimization, and reporting.
