Shopify/Etsy/POD/Facebook ads

I’m looking for a very specific set of skills. Someone who can automate and manage my Shopify and Etsy print on demand stores, run ads for products(meta, tick tock, google), run SEO and data tracking for profitable products, have some background in graphic design to make unique products. I may hire more than one person to leverage some of the task but regardless these are the skills the job will require. Any hire must under you will be on a one week probationary where I will monitor if you have these skills and if you can turn a profit. If you cannot you will not be paid for your time and we will part ways. But if you can welcome to a fair stress free working environment where we thrive together! ( bonuses and incentives will be paid on top of salary when workplace mile stone and targets are hit)
