Role: Level 1 Help Desk Support
Work Arrangement: WFO - Calrk, Pampanga
Schedule: Morning shift / Night Shift

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Level 1 Help Desk Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service and technical support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities
· Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, and network and remediate or escalate as required.
· Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
· Collaborate with senior support staff to resolve issues as required.
· Conduct follow-up calls with clients to ensure their issues are resolved to satisfaction.
· Build and maintain knowledge base of common issues and solutions for reference within the Help Desk Team.
· Build and maintain a database of Help Desk procedures.
· Perform System maintenance tasks such as patching and software deployment.
· Pro-Actively monitor critical systems and remediate or escalate to appropriate Support Groups.
· Generate Reports on system availability, exceptions and system metrics on a regular basis.
· Perform AD/Azure directory maintenance tasks, user onboarding and audit tasks.
· Maintain Help Desk inventory of users and assets in the ticketing system.

Qualification and requirements:
Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
· Proven experience in a help desk support role or related IT position.
· Must be within 30 minutes proximity to the office
· Knowledge of Windows Operating Environment.
· Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to understand business impacts and interruptions and convey technical information clearly.
· Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
· A customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others solve their technical/system problems.
· Available to work on 7 day, 24 hour, 365 day roster.
· Demonstrated ability to work independently, productively and as part of a team.
