Website Design & Build Project Manager

I want to trial someone for one project to see how it goes and then will be part time then full time. I need someone with experience in wordpress, good eye for design and working with a team. They will need to have regular zoom meetings with me to go over projects then present solitions and work with the team to ensure everyone is on track and moving fast. Salary is negotiable depending on quality of commuinication and understanding of the job. If someone can make my life easier rather than harder, they will get full-time work. We provide GPT's for all client projects that are fully trained on each customer.
