Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial modeling, cost analysis, and forecasting, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and profitability.

• Perform financial modeling and break-even analysis for clinic operations.
• Identify and classify fixed and variable costs to improve financial reporting.
• Calculate key performance metrics such as patient revenue per visit and cost per visit.
• Prepare actionable financial reports and dashboards.
• Conduct monthly expense reviews to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare financial standards and regulations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial functions).
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Experience with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.
• Familiarity with healthcare operations or clinic financials is a bonus but not required.
