Experienced Outbound Sales VA for DM's/Upwork Proposals/Cold Outreach

I own a FB advertising agency and data company and am looking for someone who can do cold outreach through Upwork proposals, DM's, cold calling, emailing, etc to help find us new clients.

We are running ads and getting clients, but I want to explore organic outbound avenues and would love to find someone experienced with finding clients.

Examples of our ideal clients:

- Companies already spending $5k/mo or more on ads
- High Ticket offers
- Business opportunity offers
- Coaches/Consultants

I would be looking for you to find clients, reach out to them and set calls on my calendar for me. We also submit 1-2 Upwork proposals a day and that's been a great channel for us. I'd love to be submitting 10-20 proposals a day as there are lots of relevant jobs for us and we have a good profile.

Please share any relevant experience you have. Preference will be given to applicants who have experience with outbound lead generation for agencies.
