About the Role
We are looking for a part-time WordPress Developer to assist with the development, maintenance, and optimisation of our website. You will work closely with our SEO team and copywriters to create exceptional landing pages and ensure technical SEO standards are met. Ideally, you’ll also have an eye for design and can contribute to enhancing the website’s aesthetics and user experience.

Responsibilities
-Develop, customise, and maintain WordPress websites using the AVADA theme.
-Deliver fast and high-quality landing pages to meet project deadlines.
-Collaborate with the SEO team to optimise site speed, implement schema markup, and ensure compliance with technical SEO best practices.
-Conduct troubleshooting and technical maintenance to ensure smooth website functionality.
-Contribute to web design efforts, ensuring pages are visually appealing and user-friendly.

Requirements
-Experience: Proven track record of working on large websites for global organisations.
-AVADA Theme Expertise: Strong understanding of the AVADA theme, including its customisation features and performance optimisation tools.
-Technical SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with structured data, core web vitals, mobile-first design, and page speed optimisation.
-WordPress Proficiency: Skilled in HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.
-Efficiency: Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
-Collaboration Skills: Comfortable working closely with SEO specialists, copywriters, and other team members.
-Web Design Flair: A bonus if you have experience creating polished, visually compelling layouts.
