Almost Illegal Ads (AIA) is a full-service search engine marketing agency specializing in PPC, LSA, and SEO campaigns exclusively for law firms in the United States. Our company is expanding and seeking an experienced FULL-TIME System Support.


JOB REQUIREMENTS - While we provide robust training, we value candidates with hands-on experience in these areas.

Technical Skills:
1. Proficiency in Web Technologies
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, PHP.
WordPress development and management.
2. CRM and Automation Tools
Familiarity with Zapier and,
Various CRMs (e.g., Lawmatics, Lead Docket, Intaker, Go High Level).
3. SEO and Analytics
Experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Google Search Console).
Knowledge of schema markup implementation.
Ability to track and analyze website performance (Google Analytics, Page Speed optimization).
4. Web Hosting and Domain Management
Proficient with cPanel.
Able to set up and troubleshoot DNS issues.
5. Website Security and Maintenance:
Implementing security measures (security plugins, anti-spam).
Keeping plugins and themes updated.
Creating and managing backups and site recovery plans.

Soft Skills:
Strong English communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Resourceful: able to analyze and provide solutions to problems that may arise with minimal supervision. Keeping up to date with different web technologies.


RESPONSIBILITIES
Troubleshoot issues and resolve them on time.
Collaborate with web designers/developers to create/implement functionalities on websites.
Analyze and fix technical website issues as found by the company's SEO tools such as SemRush. This will include advanced schema markup development, implementation, and maintenance.
Track website analytics and performance (setting up Google Analytics, search console, and page speed optimization).
Manage web hosting and domains (knows about cPanel and can set up and troubleshoot issues related to the site's DNS).
Implement security measures on websites such as setting up security plugins, anti-spam, and keeping plugins and themes up to date.
Create and implement backups and site recovery.
Point of emergency contact: The ability to address the site's issue any time of the day when sites/server go down. This is an extremely infrequent event.


COMPENSATION
$4.20/hour, then adjustment after the 90-day probation period.
