Website Mananger - Experience with Physical Therapy Clinic Websites Required

Manage transition from current hosting company, edit website as needed, manage SEO. We want a simple website based on the one we currently have. Our website hosting company will hand the zip file over to us at the end of December and we'd like it reinstated on another server. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED as I have no experience and won't be able to offer any direction.
