JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales and Admin VA to sell services for Home Health therapy business. We need someone who has a combination of expertise in Lead Generation, Sales/Cold Calling, Recruiting, and General Admin.

Title: Virtual Assistant for a Home Health Therapy Business

Salary: $4 per hour

Our goal is to deliver top-notch administrative support to entrepreneurs and business owners, helping them streamline their operations and grow their businesses. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and efficient Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team and provide exceptional support to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and interviewing therapists and clinicians
- Onboarding candidates and clients
- Answer inbound calls and emails, converting inquiries into clients.
- Generate more clients for the business
- Make outbound/cold calls to follow up with leads and nurture prospective clients
- Track and manage leads in our CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Creating marketing material for the company to attract new clients
- Monitoring and contacting pending referrals
- Build relationships with clients through empathetic yet confident communication.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in homecare/healthcare/therapy business
• Previous experience recruiting for a homecare/healthcare/therapy roles
• Must have the expertise in sourcing for the best candidates in town organically
• Previous cold calling experience in any industry is a must
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
• Extensive experience and ability to effectively handle customer inquiries via phone/email/chat.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspaces (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
• Confidence in selling and handling client interactions via phone.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques.
• Confidence in answering inbound calls and conducting outbound calls.
• A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly learn new software.
