AI Specialist - Marketing

About the Role
The AI Solutions Specialist will work part-time to research and recommend solutions to improve team workflow and enhance content creation capabilities. This role involves assisting with AI prompt creation and management, custom GPT setup, AI video generation, and voice simulation setup. This position requires someone with a strong background in AI tools and the ability to creatively apply these tools to meet the unique needs of the client.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI Tool Implementation & Optimization
- Identify, research, and recommend AI-driven tools to improve team workflow and content creation.
- Assist in setting up and integrating AI tools like Claude.ai, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, and Syllaby to meet specific project needs.
- Troubleshoot and provide ongoing support for AI tools to ensure smooth functionality.

2. Prompt Creation and Management
- Develop and manage effective AI prompts to support diverse content creation and workflow needs.
- Provide training and guidance on best practices for prompt creation to ensure optimal results.

3. Custom GPT Development
- Assist in creating and deploying custom GPTs tailored to the client’s specific requirements and projects.
- Regularly review and refine custom GPTs to enhance functionality and accuracy.

4. AI-Driven Video & Voice Content Support
- Guide the client in setting up AI-generated voice simulation, including voice capture and calibration using ElevenLabs.
- Assist in the creation of headless video content utilizing tools like Syllabi for streamlined, AI-driven video production.

5. Continuous Innovation & Updates
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI tools and trends to recommend new solutions and ensure continuous improvement in AI-driven processes.
- Provide insights and best practices on AI tools for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the client’s operations.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience with AI tools, specifically Claude.ai, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, and Syllabi.
- Strong skills in creating and managing AI prompts for various applications.
- Experience with voice simulation and headless video content creation using AI tools.
- Background in AI-powered productivity and content tools, with a focus on hands-on implementation for clients.
- Ability to stay updated on emerging AI technologies and suggest relevant applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a part-time capacity.
