Our company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of accounting administrative assistant. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.
-Managing and updating account information on the database
-Processing and recording transactions, such as billing, invoices, and account receivables
-Collect payments from customers or manage invoicing.
-Preferably has experience using Zoho CRM and STRIPE
-Ability to understand and calculate payments for collections
-Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain high level of confidentiality
-Ability to respond effectively and sensitive to clients, showing respect
- Must have good communications skills, be able to work as part of a team, and be able to follow instructions accurately
