SEO Specialist Wanted Full Time

We are hiring a talented and results-oriented Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.
As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our SEO strategy to increase our website's visibility in search engines and drive organic traffic. You will work closely with content creators, web developers, and marketing strategists to ensure a cohesive and efficient SEO approach.

Salary: 30,000-40,000 php a month depending on experience.

Objective: Help Drive Organic Traffic to Our Jobs Website to increase applications daily. Must fix any bugs in our code and tags in our html. Make Sure All of Our Pages are Being Indexed By Google or fix them with the development team.

Work Schedule: 9 am til 5 pm Manilla time M to F. 40 hours a week. The Schedule can be flexible. Must meet with team on Zoom 1x a week.

Your Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for organic search growth.
Optimize website content, including text, images, and other media, for search engines.
Monitor and analyze website performance metrics and generate SEO reports.
Develop link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align SEO strategies with overall marketing campaigns.
Utilize SEO tools (such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5 years of experience as an SEO Specialist
Strong understanding of SEO tools and analytics platforms.
Familiarity with HTML and web development is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills in English and attention to detail.
